The goal of this template is to summarize the priority focus area in each district/unit in a way that can be measured and ultimately shared with internal and external partners to promote transparency within the department and with the community. This template is meant to serve as the crime plan for an extended period such as quarterly or bi-annually. The results of these crime plans should be examined at the end of each time period and district supervisors should be prepared to discuss what worked, what didn’t work, and why.
